Jen was able to reduce my migraine to a mild, subtle headache in just 10 minutes! We were working together on a project and I was in a lot of pain. She offered her skills and it really worked! This was my first experience with hypnotherapy and I will admit to approaching this with some skepticism. Jen put me completely at ease. I saw positive results after the first session, and I keep building on that - success begets more success. It's been good not only to modify unproductive behaviors, but to understand their source so that the 'fix' isn't a one-off, but rather a true change in my daily experience.
